Square Tilted Quad Outies 1

Unit Relationships: In the design unit shown above, a cross-like arrangement of five squares has be skewed by squishing the central square into a parallelogram with interior angles of 45 degrees and 135 degrees. The resulting pattern looks a bit three-dimensional, like a series of jagged steps that have been cut into a mountainside.

These units are arranged in rows which slant slightly down as they go to the right.

Implied Shapes: The space between the squares forms rhombi that are tilted at different angles.

Point Situations: No points are free. There is only one point situation: Meeting of two squares, the sharp point of a rhombus, and the dull point of another rhombus.
